Fabio Tassi wished to create a brand new style from Brunello grapes. Brunò is a

Sangiovese vinified in amphora. It keeps a very crunchy fruit, sharp tannins and great

freshness. 15% of the stems are left to macerate for 30 days, a process that allows to

maintain the vitality of the grape, the energy of this blessed part of Tuscany, while

preserving the Brunello's soft finesse.
