The novelty and the bet of the company; produced for the first time in 2000 with the

aim of relaunching the Trebbiano grape in Tuscany. From a mass selection, a short

pruning, a severe green harvest and a late harvest, Capezzana obtains a very rich

must, which ferments and ages in tonneaux, acquires elegant perfumes and lends

itself to long aging.
